The prints
Click here to see the collection of around 225 prints. Although they are predominately of Cambridge, there are also some of Cumbria, Derbyshire, Norfolk, Sussex, the Isle of Wight and London.
The prints can be bought online and are also for sale in select shops in Cambridge. Click here for information on shops.
The prints are individually signed, dated and numbered by the artist. Each print is strictly limited to the edition size stated under its picture. For most prints that is 250, and for some 100. This is the maximum number of prints made from that painting, regardless of size.
The prints are high quality Giclée reproductions. They are of archival quality with the lightfastness rated in excess of 75 years. Before this they should show no signs of fading under normal conditions.

Mounted Prints : prints are presented in an acid-free bevelled hand cut cream coloured mounts. The mount sizes fit into standard off-the-shelf frames.

Overseas orders: Mini mounted prints are available to overseas customers. Small, Medium and Large prints are too large to send mounted, instead they are supplied rolled in a postal tube. Framed prints cannot be sent abroad.

Sizes

The prints of pastels are presented as shown, with the signature and edition number written on the printed area itself and with no white border. For watercolour prints there is a white border (about 1cm) around the print, which makes the printed area smaller than indicated below, and the signature etc is hand written in the border.

'Mini'

'Small'

printed area :	29 x 20 cm ( approx 11½" x 8" )
mount (UK only) :	40 x 30 cm ( approx 15¾" x 11¾" )

'Medium'

*printed area^ :**	38 x 26½ cm ( approx 15" x 10½" )
mount (UK only) :	50 x 40 cm ( approx 19¾" x 15¾" )

'Large'

Overseas	Mini prints are supplied mounted for overeas orders.

	Small, Medium and Large prints are supplied unmounted. The printed areas have the same dimensions as above, with a white border around. Large prints are on paper that's about 48cm x 33cm, medium prints on paper that's 42cm x 30cm, and small prints on 30cm x 21cm paper. The prints of pastels are signed and numbered on the printed area itself. The prints of watercolours have more white border with the edition number, text and signature written in the border.

Framed Prints

Framed prints are now available to customers in the UK. The frames are solid wood, and are glazed with real glass. The frames available for the different sizes of prints are illustrated below.

Ordering	Credit and debit cards are only accepted online.
Online	The online shopping basket is hosted by PayPal, which accepts all the major credit cards and is available in at least 50 countries. Using the shopping basket Add items to your shopping basket using the 'Buy' buttons that are under each picture View the contents of your basket by clicking on the 'Basket' button at the top of the window; this brings up a separate shopping basket window Proceed with the order by clicking on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button at the bottom of the shopping basket window PayPal then takes you through the payment process. During this you should have the opportunity to write a note with your order, or you can e-mail me if you have any special instructions to accompany the order. To make a purchase from other countries please post a UK cheque (as below) or send a bankers draft / international money order (in UK sterling), which you can get from a bank.

By cheque	To pay by cheque, please make it payable to K J Lewis and send to: Cambridge Art PO Box 384 Cambridge CB3 9XJ UK Cheques in pounds sterling please. You may use the online Order Form (opens in a new window) This can be filled in online then printed out, and posted with your cheque.

Delivery

Delivery is included in the price of prints for both UK and international orders.

Prints are usually despatched within 2 working days of receiving your order. Up-to-date information on the current level of service is posted here. Please say if there's a particular date by which you need the print.

Framed Prints - several of each size and style of frame is kept in stock. Orders for large numbers of framed prints may take over 2 weeks depending on stock levels, therefore it is advisable to check availability before placing an order for several framed prints.

UK orders
The mounted prints are sent by Royal Mail special or recorded delivery. Framed prints are sent by Royal Mail or ParcelForce, depending on the size and quantity.

Overseas orders
The prints are sent by Airmail. The unmounted small, medium and large prints are rolled in a card postal tube, and the mounted mini prints are sent flat. The delivery time depends on the country, and is typically a few days after the day of despatch to Europe and about one week after elsewhere.

Guarantee

If you buy a print and it is damaged in transit, please inform me as soon as possible, and I will arrange a replacement.

If you buy a print and are not happy with it, please inform me as soon as possible. You can have a refund, less delivery cost and credit/debit card charges (if applicable), if you return it in its original condition within 2 weeks. Please e-mail for the return address. Any goods returned are sent at the returnees expense. A covering letter listing your name, address and daytime phone number must be included, outlining what action you want me to take. You are advised to ask for a free certificate of posting from the post office if returning goods by an unrecorded method.
